UK Move Quotes operates at ukmovequotes.co.uk. We are a lead generation service connecting people moving home in Crawley and West Sussex with local removal companies. You can contact us at hello@ukmovequotes.co.uk.
When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect the information you provide in the form. This includes your name, phone number, email address, the postcodes you are moving between, your property size, and your planned move date if you provide one.
We do not collect payment information. We do not ask for your home address. We collect only what is necessary to connect you with relevant removal companies.
The information you provide is used for one purpose: to pass your enquiry to removal companies who cover your area so they can contact you with a quote. We do not use your details for any other marketing purpose. We do not add you to mailing lists. We do not sell your data to third parties outside of the removal companies you are being connected with.
Your details are shared with up to three removal companies depending on whether you have requested shared or exclusive quotes. Each company receives your name, phone number, email address, postcodes, property size, and move date.
We retain your submission details for up to 12 months for record-keeping and quality assurance purposes. After this period your personal details are deleted from our systems.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate information, and to ask us to delete your information. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at hello@ukmovequotes.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
This website uses minimal cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. If we use analytics in future to understand how visitors use the site, we will update this policy accordingly and seek consent where required.
Our quote form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree processes submissions on our behalf and operates under its own privacy policy. Your submission data passes through their systems before reaching us.
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. We recommend checking this page occasionally if you have previously submitted your details through our site.
